1Preheat oven to 325.

2Finely chop carrot , celery , onion , red bell pepper , and white mushrooms .carrot: 1, celery: 1 rib, onion: 1/2, red bell pepper: 1/2, white mushrooms: 4

3Mince garlic .garlic: 3 cloves

4In a large bowl combine the ground chuck (80% lean) , chopped carrot, chopped celery, chopped onion, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped mushrooms.ground chuck (80% lean): 40 oz

7Place the meat mixture in a loaf pan.
